Lindesnes Jacket Women
The Lindesnes program is named after the first lighthouse in Norway. It is placed on the Southern most point of mainland Norway, where the first ever lighthouse in Norway was built in 1656. Since the Middle Ages, this has been a very well known landmark for all sailors traveling between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. It is only fitting that we named this product line after this area, at it well known for its rough wind and storms.
The quality we have used for these pieces is a picquet knit in Super Fine Merino, mixed with some Creora-Eco-Soft. The intention was to make a first or mid-layer that is light and breathable, but at the same time cozy and warm when the cold winds hit you out at sea. The Lindesnes full zip jacket has a 2-way zipper, and a chest pocket made with water repellent fabric. The pocket is closed with a zipper, so you can put your keys and other small valuables. All seams are flat, for more comfort, and it has a zipper in front for ventilation. Wear it as a mid-layer, or you can wear it straight on your skin. Pair it with the Lindesnes shorts for a comfortable, chic and functional outfit for all kinds of activities.
