To initiate a return for refund, please visit our Return Portal.  You will be prompted to enter your order number and zip code/email address. Please follow the steps, print your return label and return the item(s) at your earliest convenience. If you did not opt in to the Free Returns at checkout, you will still be able to purchase your return label at an affordable rate.

Returns have to be initiated within 30 days of ship date, and is allowed for unused, unwashed merchandise with original tags only. Merchandise purchased at 30% - 49% discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items purchased at a discount 50% off or higher are FINAL SALE.  Items that show use of wear or washing will not be accepted with the exception of approved warranty claims.

For warranty claims, please go to the Return Portal,look up your order and choose the Claim- option. Kindly note that uploading photo(s) of the issue/item will help us expedite the process. 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Once item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days, and depending on your bank's processing times, the refund will show up on your bank statement within 3-6 business days.  Refunds are issued only in the form of original payment.
