Items purchased at discount over 40% are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Items purchased at regular price or a discount lower than 40% are returnable for an exchange, a store credit or refund within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s).
To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 435.649.9528. You will be issued a USPS return label. Return for refund will be issued for unused, full-priced merchandise with original tags, returned within 14 days of arrival at shipping destination. Once item is received back, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days, and depending on your bank's processing times, the refund will show up on your bank statement within 3-6 business days. Refunds are issued only in the form of original payment.

The quickest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement product(s) and return your original item to us for a refund. This allows us to process and ship the replacement immediately. Then, please return the original product in accordance with the Returns listed above. Upon receipt of the original product(s), we will process the return and issue a refund in the form of original payment as soon as we can, normally within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.
Returning a Gift
If you would like to return a gift that you received, it can be returned for either a store credit or exchanged for another item.
