HOLIDAY RETURNS:
Items purchased as Holiday gifts can be returned or exchanged until January 10, 2025. If you experience any issues in the Return Portal , please contact us at parkcity@wenorwegians.com for assistance.
Returns:
We have recently implemented a new returns and exchange system. If you have any issues, please contact us at parkcity@wenorwegians.com and we will be happy to assist you.
New, unworn items with original tags are eligible for return within 30 days from shipping date. To request a return, please go to our Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code/email to initiate the return. For any orders placed prior to September 27, 2024, or if you opted out of the Free Unlimited Returns option at checkout, you will be able to purchase your return label in the Return Portal.
Return for refund will be issued for unused, unwashed merchandise only and can only be processed to the ORIGINAL form of payment.
ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE AT 30% DISCOUNT OR HIGHER ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGES.
Exhanges:
To exchange for a different size/color/style please go to the Returns Portal and follow the steps for an exchange to get the item that you would like to exchange for. Your exchange order will be shipped out as soon as we receive the returned item.
Gift Returns:
If you would like to return a gift that you received with an item that is eligible for a return, please go to the Returns Portal and process your return using your order number listed on the packing slip and your zip code.
Warranty Claims:
If you are experiencing an issue with your We Norwegians item, we are here to help. Kindly keep in mind that merino wool and cashmere are delicate fibers, rough wear, especially on light weight items, washing too often and not following care instructions, can damage the fibers. To submit a claim for an item that you believe has a manufacturer's defect, please go to the Returns Portal look up your order and click on the Claims - option. There you will be able to upload photos and include any relevant information about your issue. We will reach out to you if we need further information to finalize the claim.
