The 1977 sweater pays tribute to the iconic World Cup competition in Voss, where ski legend Ingemar Stenmark claimed his first gold medal. While the rivalry between Sweden and Norway runs deep, particularly in sports, we like to think of it as a friendly competition among old friends—though some might disagree! Regardless, we Norwegians have always admired Ingemar’s ski style from that era. This sweater is our way of honoring both his legacy and the timeless fashion of the 70s, celebrating Ingemar and his unforgettable achievement.
